Young Dancer Summer Camps

Portland School of Ballet’s Young Dancer Camps are fun, week-long camps where students ages 5-7 can let their creativity run wild. Each camp will include a daily ballet class, story, snack break, craft time and creative movement.

Camp 1: Four Seasons
June 24-28 ($175), Monday through Friday from 9:30-11:30am.

Dancers will explore the four seasons through dancing, storytelling and crafts. Four Seasons Camp will explore the moods of different times of the year, dancing to Vivaldi's score ‘The Four Seasons’ and finding shifts in colors and rhythms!

Camp 2: Heroes and Villains of Classic Ballets
July 22-26 ($175), Monday through Friday from 9:30-11:30am.

Explore storytelling through dance as we learn about the Heroes & Villains of classic ballets. We'll get to know the shining princes and princesses, wicked enchanters, and magical fairies from some of our favorite tales. Dancers will become superheroes of their own story through crafts and dancing.
