Creative Movement Summer Camps

Portland School of Ballet’s Creative Movement Camps are fun, week-long camps where students ages 3-4 can let their creativity run wild. Each camp will include a daily ballet class, story, snack break, craft time, and creative movement.

Camp 1: Bugs & Butterflies

June 17-21 ($175), Monday through Friday from 9:30-11:30am.

Explore the joy of learning dance through stories of the many bugs and butterflies that fill our world! We will spend our week exploring the many movements, moods, and adventures of the little critters around us. Each day we will follow a different insect; learning how the qualities of nature translate to ballet!

Camp 2: Colorful Creations

July 15-19 ($175), Monday through Friday from 9:30-11:30am.

Join the School of Portland Ballet for fun-filled week of colorful creations! This ballet camp will explore the many meanings, moods, and moments of the rainbow. We will be adventuring into the uniqueness of different colors while learning about our own uniqueness in the process! Each day will focus on a different color, using what we learn we will see how the colors we interact with each day can influence our dancing!
