Portland Ballet’s Board is thrilled to invite you to a pre-performance event before an evening of dance.  This Winter, join us at the Mast Landing Tasting Room to mingle with fellow arts enthusiasts.  Ticket includes one complimentary drink and light refreshments. This event is 21+.

 The Masquerade

Saturday, October 21st from 7:00-9:30pm

Cumberland Club

Join us this October for The Masquerade. A highlight of this unforgettable evening will be an intimate performance featuring famous ballet villains like you've never experienced them before. This elegant evening will include:

  • A performance by Portland Ballet's professional company

  • Light hors d'oeuvres, desserts, and delicious drinks

  • Mingling with Portland Ballet's artistic staff and fellow patrons of the arts

  • A silent auction featuring Portland Ballet prizes, including a walk-on role in A Victorian Nutcracker!

Each attendee will receive 1 complimentary mask that enters them into a raffle to win tickets to the upcoming production of Tales by Poe. The encouraged dress code for this event is cocktail attire. The Masquerade benefits Portland Ballet’s mission to enrich the community through ballet education and performance, and we look forward to celebrating Portland Ballet with you!

Land of the Sweets Experience

Saturday, December 16th from 1:00-1:30pm

Sunday, December 17th from 1:00-1:30pm

Pickard Theater, Brunswick

Join your favorite Nutcracker characters for a magical afternoon. At this family-friendly event guests are invited to enjoy tea sandwiches, sweet treats, and warm beverages.  Each child will receive a special souvenir and have a chance to pose for photos with the iconic Sugar Plum Fairy.  Please note: All children must be accompanied by an adult.
