Caroline Credle

Caroline Credle was raised in Raleigh, North Carolina, and began her dance training at the age of three at a local dance studio. In 2016, she auditioned and was accepted into the University of North Carolina School of the Arts’ high school program with a concentration in ballet. Upon graduation, Caroline decided to continue her education at UNCSA, where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in May of 2022. During her time in the school, Caroline trained under the instruction of Susan Jaffe and Endalyn Taylor, as well as faculty including Jared Redick, Jennet Zerbe, Laura Martin, Eva Draw, Dayna Fox, Misha Tchoupakov, Ilya Kozadayev, and Angelina Sansone. Her repertoire has included roles in Sleeping Beauty, Ethan Stiefel’s The Nutcracker, Don Quixote, George Balanchine’s Concerto Barrocco, Paquita and other productions. Caroline was also given the opportunity to dance featured roles in George Balanchine’s Symphonie Concertante, the Swan Lake Pas de Trois, and the role of Ribbon Candy in Portland Ballet’s A Victorian Nutcracker. This will be Caroline’s second year with the Portland Ballet and is looking forward to a great season!
