Christiana Youngquist

Christiana Youngquist began her training at Ballet Tech of Ohio, then continued her studies with the Cincinnati Ballet Academy. She next joined Nashville Ballet as a Trainee, then the Cleveland Ballet, before returning to Nashville Ballet as a member of their Second Company. She joined Portland Ballet in 2021 and is looking forward to her fifth season! Some career highlights include performing Victoria Morgan’s Boléro, Septime Weber’s Peter Pan, Ramón Díaz’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Paul Vasterling’s Swan Lake, Paul Vasterling’s Romeo and Juliet, the creation and performance of Gina Patterson’s 72 Steps, Unlucky in Love Duo in Portland Ballet’s Boy Meets Girl, Myrtha in Portland Ballet’s Giselle, Dewdrop in A Victorian Nutcracker, the Good Fairy in A Harlequinade, and, most recently, the White Cat in The Sleeping Beauty.
